## What is Sunlight Reminder for Health?

Sunlight provides many health benefits on mood, sleep, immune function, bone health, and more.

But it can be tricky to get the right amount of sunlight exposure at the right time.

This app provides:
- Reminders to get sunlight.
- A light meter to measure light.
- Light logger and progress tracker.

How it works:
Use the Light Meter to measure sunlight (e.g., direct sunlight at 100,000 Lux). The app calculates the duration needed to meet your goal (e.g., 3 minutes). Log your progress over time to see the positive impact.

If you're already using water reminder or exercise tracker apps, you're already familiar with how this works.
