Most fitness apps hand you a program and decide everything for you. You follow it, and you learn nothing. Sunn Fitness does the opposite. It explains the reasoning and leaves the decisions with you, so you leave every session a little more confident than you walked in. Taught, not told. YOU BUILD IT. SUNN EXPLAINS WHY. Pick your level, your equipment, your days and your movements. Sunn builds the program from your answers and tells you why each piece is there. Change anything you like. The decision stays yours. YOU GET BETTER AT CHOOSING YOUR OWN WEIGHTS. After each set, Sunn asks how many reps you had left and coaches from the answer. Not "add ten pounds". A plain read on whether today calls for a little more or a little less, and why. YOU SEE YOUR WHOLE WEEK, NOT JUST THE GYM. Log everything you do, gym, sport, yard work, as effort times minutes. Sunn compares the week against what your body is used to and shows one colour, with a plain-language read on when to push and when to pull back. The measure was developed for Olympians. We think it should work for everyone. 300 EXERCISES AND COUNTING, EACH ONE EXPLAINED. What to pick up, how to hold it, when to put it down. No assumed knowledge, no gym slang. WHAT'S NOT HERE, ON PURPOSE. No leaderboard. No badges. No feed. No target weight. No guilt. The research on why people keep training is clear: people who train because they understand and value it stay, and people who train from pressure quit. Sunn is built for the first kind. Start free with a 14-day trial. The gym is yours.
