I’ve been working with the app support team throughout this time, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep sending long emails that only delay the process and waste my time. They still haven’t created and shared a password with me. It’s really frustrating to spend hours on this when the issue remains unresolved after all this time. I’m not sure where I should escalate this issue to get it resolved. ### 5/5 — App is finally functional! *2026-06-05, version 1.44.8* After not being able to see my systems production for the last year they’ve finally got it up and running. ### 1/5 — Unacceptable – No Access & Zero Communication *2026-04-09, version 1.44.5* This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been locked out of my account with no prior notice, no instructions, and no communication about SunStrong Management taking over. How do you transition customers without informing them or ensuring they can even log in? This creates serious concerns around billing, account access, and overall reliability. Customers should not have to chase down basic information just to manage their own account. The only way to know if your panels work is to call and speak to someone. Online only shows you your bill. Not production. WiFi said i neeeded à module they went bankrupt never heard from them. I’ve called sun strong 3x they tell me my system is working great yet my app the only way I can see what’s happening shows me estimates and 0 to very little production - I’d love for them to come remove this entire system it’s been a nightmare since day 1 of purchasing this house ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-03-16, version 1.44.5* Used to keep daily data in real time.
