I must say I'm quite impressed with the rollout of the sunny app, particularly the intake survey, letting the user select how many 'weekly actions' they wish to complete, and select the timing for those prompts.  While I was initially skeptical of the usefulness of a 'social battery', I found its execution - paired with the tracking functionality to be quite remarkable.

When you use chatgpt, you can easily tell what was written by chatgpt, such as all your prompts or cards. Lazy work.

Still testing it out. Doesn't seem all that good yet. Might just end up sticking to the How We Feel app
