Is Dolores in the sun right now? Will that patio still be sunny at 5? Sunny Spots SF answers the one question San Francisco weather apps can't: not whether it's sunny — but WHERE.

The app simulates real building shadows for any time of any day. Drag the time slider and watch shadows creep across the city, computed from actual building geometry and the sun's true position. Blend in live hourly cloud forecasts, and every park, café, and beach in the city gets an honest sun score — full sun, good sun, low sun, in shadow, or fogged out.
