Would honestly listen to some of the ones made unironically. That being said, my only gripe seems to be a common one, that paying for premium should either get you tokens faster, or not require tokens at all. Or atleast let credits stack if you don’t use all of them, like if I have 3 left at the end of the week when it refreshes have 13 instead of just 10. Now I see the answers in the reviews, but customer service never responded. It's disappointing for customers. I bought a one-week membership to try the app, and they still don't reply. It's not fair that you pay for a week that they offer and can only use it for one hour (8 times). I mean, if you offer a week for a price, it's a full week that I paid for. They don't specify anywhere that from the week, you'll only be able to use it for a very limited amount of time. I asked in the email I sent if the same applies to the yearly membership, and I haven't received a response. The app is very good, but it's not fair that they offer you a subscription for a week, and then after you pay, you discover that you can only use it a few times during that week.
