Please fix it. ### 4/5 — App functions *2024-07-12* Just recently the app keeps sending notifications but there’s nothing and then states “the app requires data service. Turn off airplane mode or use WiFi to access….” message. The WiFi is on (and functioning). The phone isn’t in airplane mode and all settings for the app are all turned on, it’s just the app malfunctioning. If it wasn’t continuously sending notifications I wouldn’t know there was a problem. Besides, it’s the weekend and there shouldn’t be ANY notifications with no train service. ### 5/5 — Helpful for college students *2024-04-25* This app has been so helpful to me in the last four months. I was taking a college course in downtown Orlando and I did not wanted to drive on the I-4, so I did a test run before the semester and it was worth it. I then downloaded this app to see when the next train is coming and any updates on the schedule or anything unusual happened. If your a college student in Florida and need to take a course in downtown Orlando. Download this app and try the SunRail. It’s totally worth it ### 3/5 — Was great but now keeps crashing *2024-04-19* I’ve always like using this app. Was really helpful to look up the train schedule and reload my SunPass card. Lately the app has been a total mess, unable to open. Each time I click on the app it starts to load and then crash every time. ### 1/5 — Won't Even Open *2024-04-15* Keeps crashing and won't even open up. It's been like this for weeks, please fix it. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-12-13* Can’t reload sun card on app. Can’t plan a trip or confirm a time since the app crashes and closes. Can’t delete payment card stored on app. Customer service can’t do anything about it either. Good luck ### 1/5 — Not friendly for older people *2023-09-01* As much as I always liked the sun rail today, it was a very bad experience I decided to bring in my parents to use and teach them how to use the SunRail mind you these are older people. So everything went very well until the very end when we were about to get off and there was an older lady trying to get down from the second floor we had to wait few seconds, so as we were going to exit the train, they put it in out of service mode in Debary and the door shut right on my mom‘s leg, which caused her a big bruise. My mom is 73 years old and obviously this is not good for an older lady. If it would’ve been the other lady, that was a lot smaller and fragile she would’ve gotten really hurt. Where is the security procedure in this train? you have 30 seconds to get off the train ???? You need to have some Saftey procedure before someone gets hurt. ### 1/5 — Get error when trying to create account *2023-04-20* Get “unknown error” when trying to create an account. “Continue without account” works but can only see schedule. Can’t order sun card or anything like that. This is a lowest bid app ### 1/5 — Useless App *2022-09-06* Unable to check account information or Balance , app crashes when trying to plan a trip and you confirm a time, and you can’t see the station schedule because it’s never available. In general this app just takes up space on your phone. Everything has to be done on their website or you need to use google maps to plan your trip. The only feature that works is the train status tab which shows you the train location. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work half the time *2022-09-06* It’s lovely when it actually works.
