You may have others that I have heard are leaving after their lease is up because of safety and maintenance issues that are unresolved. Just a heads up from unhappy residents. ### 1/5 — App not working *2022-07-12, version 4.15* I have been trying to use this app for a while. It doesn’t recognize my email phone number or any information I entered. From the need help section I entered name of the property and it just doesn’t stops right there . I can’t go back or anything. I close the app restarted the process and again the same thing. Fix this or remove it from the store . No app support for resident. ### 1/5 — Maintenance *2021-12-16, version 4.7.01* I have been asking since September for maintenance to fix the locks on my apartments so I can leave and handle my life. I can not leave my apartment due to them not fixing my issue. The one time the maintenance man came to fix the issue he yelled at me in my house because he did not have nessarry equipment and I have asked 5 times for my locks to be fixed, I never had an issue with maintenance before but this is crazy i can’t leave my home because they refuse to fix my locks ### 1/5 — False advertising *2021-10-04, version 4.6* Went to pay my rent today because the office was “Closed” yesterday. I’ve been living here almost two years now and they never once announced the office was closed on Sunday’s but according to them it’s been like this since February? But when you go on Google, it says the office is open on Sunday’s. Got charged a late fee because of this and they couldn’t even give me a valid reason as to why they never made an announcement of this schedule change. Definitely leaving this fire alarm having ahh apartments when my lease is up! ### 5/5 — Office Manager *2021-09-14, version 4.6* I wanted to take the time to recognize the North Hills office manager Nikki. She is the best office manager that we have ever had. We appreciate her so much. She actually cares about her residents and the property. She’s very friendly and a hard worker.
