## What is Sunrise?

Everyone plans. Almost no one checks.

Sunrise does. Say your must-dos out loud each morning and it holds you to them: checking in at the moments that matter, then telling you the truth at day's end about what actually landed, not just what you hoped would.

How it works

Tell Sunrise your 2-3 must-dos in the morning, by voice or by typing, and it turns them into a plan in under 30 seconds. Through the day it checks in briefly at midday and mid-afternoon, just enough to pull you back without a guilt trip. At wrap-up you get an honest recap: what got done, what's rolling to tomorrow, and where your streak stands.

Connect GitHub and Sunrise sees what you actually shipped, not just what you marked off. A merged pull request means the goal is really done.

For the longer view, link today's goals to your Horizons, the things you're actually building toward over weeks or months, so a busy day still moves what matters.
