## What is Sunrise Baseball?

Sunrise Baseball is the player evaluation app for youth baseball coaches: weekly skill ratings, tryout and draft preparation, position-weighted player rankings, and private progress reports for parents.

RATE PLAYERS ON THE 6 TOOLS
Evaluate hitting, power, speed, fielding, throwing, and attitude in about 60 seconds per player. Pitchers and catchers get dedicated battery ratings for velocity, control, blocking, receiving, and more.

POSITION-WEIGHTED RANKINGS
A simple average treats every player the same. Sunrise Baseball weights each skill by position — a center fielder's speed counts more than a first baseman's, and a pitcher's arm drives their rating — the same approach travel ball and showcase programs use, adapted for youth leagues.

A SMARTER DRAFT
Your draft board builds itself, ranked by composite score with tier badges (Elite, Strong, Average, Developing). Export it as a PDF for the draft meeting. Before the draft, every verified coach in your league sees the same league-wide valuations — everyone drafts from the same data.

PRIVATE PARENT REPORTS
Email each family their own child's progress report — parents only ever see their own child. Season-end summaries show growth across the year, top strengths, and offseason focus areas.

BUILT FOR LEAGUES
- Coaches join with a one-time invite code from a league administrator
- Coaches can only edit their own team; league-wide ratings are read-only
- Admins upload the league player pool from a CSV
- Import team rosters from GameChanger CSV exports
- Data syncs securely to the cloud across your devices
