## What is Sunrise Business Collaboration?

Sunrise Business Collaboration extends the fixed network telephony of Sunrise Business Cloud PBX into the mobile world. It simplifies communication with your colleagues, customers, suppliers and allows you to use the appropriate end device at any time, whether in the office, home office or on the move. Get in touch via instant messaging, phone calls and audio/video conferencing.

The advantages of using Sunrise Business Collaboration are:
- Your business phone number lives in the application, meaning you can make and receive calls in the app as if from your phone.
- Your colleagues are all gathered in one place. You can see their availability and decide whether a message or a call is the best way to communicate with them.
- You can schedule or start audio and video meetings with colleagues or with external contacts. Meetings can be recorded, too.

- You can organize your teams or departments around “groups”, and categorize your chat group discussions using “topics”.
- You can conduct unified communications searches and forward them to colleagues or workgroups. These searches can include the results of call or meeting notes, files, messages and even emails (requires connection to your email account)
