They have had a $20K deposit for three months and still have not gotten me up and running. ### 1/5 — Not worth the money it’s a SCAM *2023-08-24, version 8.0.18* So when they installed my panels the gentleman turn on the system to test it. On the app it showed the system for the little amount of time that it was producing. I had to wait for the power company to come out and put a net meter in and give me permission to turn the system on . Turned the system on bright sunny days my home sits facing East and absolutely nothing showing in the app any production at all nothing,zilch. Contact the company they sent my instructions on restarting my system and still nothing. Have contacted them several more times and nothing. So wasted money on a product ie the panels and system that doesn’t work. Now I am stuck paying money for nothing . ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-06-01, version 8.0.16* I’ve signed a contract back in October and this app has not kept up with the process at all. Can’t get anyone on the phone with number provided. 888-781-7074 Left voice mail with no return call My salesman no longer works there. Can’t login to my account. It would be more useful if it provided information on power consumption and individual panel production. The process from Louis Laregina coming to my door, to Sebastian Welch helping me figure out the configuration of my system, down to Joe and his install team have been amazing, can’t recommend this company enough.
