Backend System Required – Check Compatibility:
Carefully note that this is a sophisticated extension of the Sunrise Clinical Manager™ solution.  This enterprise level solution must be installed along with specialized mobile enablement software in order for it to provide patient data.  Please ensure that your hospital runs this system before you download this app.   

Also, note that this app will not be compatible with the earlier version of the mobile enablement software.  Check with your hospital’s IT System Administrator for information on which apps your hospital supports.

Almost on a daily basis it crashes with certain patients. Sometimes the same patient, at others few different patients. It’s really becoming useless if I can’t see the information. I’m surprised other folks haven’t complained of this yet. Did the reinstall of app and still the same thing.

Authentication Error. Authentication Failed. Over and over!! This app works to login maybe 1/10 times. Worst app ever. This needs fixed and fixed now!

The app needs an update to be fully compatible with the plus size iPhones. Currently the fonts, etc are oversized like for the sight impaired on a 6s+. In addition the 'Keep me signed in' option is not compatible with the new six digit pass codes nor is it TouchId compatible, requiring one to enter your signin password each and every time. This is painful as I go to different parts of the hospital with different types of wifi coverage.

Notifications not working after selecting "alerts" in settings as instructed. Periodic crash when switching patients. Not optimized for iPhone 6+/iOS 8

You guys still don't have iPhone 6 and 6 Plus support. You are a huge company. Get with it. My hospital provided iPhone 6 plus and the app is just a blown up version of the iPhone 5 app. Such a waste.

The latest version of this app is dreadful guys. The scrolling is awful and you can't even access the bottom of anything you are scrolling if a list is longer than the available viewable space. The colors are awful and makes it difficult to read. Glitchy. This is a definite step back. Do yourselves a favor and go back to the previous version and send the person who updated this previously good app down to the storage room with a desk and a red swingline stapler ASAP.

### 1/5 — New version breaks orders on iPad

*2014-01-16*

The new version breaks the orders function on iPad. Orders only displays diagnostic orders now, it doesn't show medications or other orders. Also, the text field to search for an order to enter doesn't appear. Now the only orders I can enter are those that were previously in my favorites list.

Hopefully I can downgrade back to the old version when I connect to iTunes on my computer.
