Most importantly, there should be ability to see all documents and all labs tied to a patient’s file for all time easily. The x icon gets trapped behind the clock on left upper side making you force quit the program. Sunrise MD II has same amount of bugs but at least it works on iPhone X. Frequent login problems and frequent freezing/ graying out of screen. Hospital IS folks keep opening tickets with Altera but no resolution. Needs dark mode *2021-06-21* Please add dark mode support. ### 2/5 — Suboptimal *2025-09-23* I don’t know how many of the problems with this are due to the app itself vs my institution’s implementation of it. But it’s very limited when trying to enter orders as order sets are completely unavailable. There’s also some problem with patient lists. The ones I create myself work fine, but the ones created by the institution only show about half the patients that are really there. The log in process is tedious and doesn’t let me use the autofill function of iOS. It’s better for iPad than it is for iPhone. Many of the screens just don’t work well on the smaller screen. ### 2/5 — Needs dark mode support *2024-09-21* I have to switch my phone to light mode anytime I want to view labs.
