Purchases are way too expensive. Could be so good if developers weren’t looking to take money from people. What happened to just paying for a game once and being able to play it happily forever? ### 2/5 — Grindy cash grab *2026-08-13, version 1.142.12* The amount of energy needed to finish required tasks is far more than the amount you can earn back. It can easily cost over 100 energy to clear out one small portion of a path which is frustrating because clearing is required to obtain goals and move forward in the game. Energy is VERY slow to rejuvenate, far worse than any other similar game I have played. You only get about ten minutes of game play before running out of energy for 24 hours. Yes, you can turn fruit into energy, but first you need to use energy to clear the path to reach the barrels of fruit. I played years ago and quit due to this unbalanced energy structure but saw recent ads and thought I would try again. It’s even worse now. It’s way too slow for energy to be restored and too few ways to get energy without paying for it. I wonder why? In the Crystal Cave part of the game “rapeseed” is collected for its oil. I contacted support and asked why the term Canola wasn’t used instead of the term that has the name for violent sexual assault in its name. I was hoping for some acknowledgment that this name could be offensive to some and in future updates an alternative could be used. Nope. The reply as you can see below basically says: this is the name we use in Europe so we see no need to change it,- while at the same time mentioning olive oil and sunflower oil so they obviously are aware of alternative plants with less offensive names. Thank you for taking the time to share your views on this. Rapeseed oil is actually the common name in English for countries in Europe (where our headquarters are based), due to the plant it comes from. Similar to olive oil and sunflower oil. We don't have separate versions of language for English and American English, so occasionally you may come across terms that are common in England but less so in the USA. This has no correlation to the topic of rape; the name is just the most common terminology when it was added. Support completely ignored my concerns, pretended it was my fault and made no effort to address the heart of what I was attempting to bring to their attention. Clearly demonstrates a lack of desire to engage meaningfully, they choose obscurity and hidden information over honest understanding, engaging in a system where they benefit from what they deliberately keep hidden from you. TLDR: These guys will take any advantage of you they can and their support system is a joke. ### 1/5 — Next to zero play time *2026-03-23, version 1.137.19* You can play maybe 5-10 minutes at a time before energy runs out. It costs way too much energy to cut down 1 tree or even a shrub. If you want to truly enjoy this game you have to spend LOTS of money. Plenty to do, especially as you move into new chapters, but it takes a LOT of patience to get energy until you level up several levels. Cons: for me, it crashes five minutes into the game - every single time. It always has. Then the crashes are more spread out as I play (..It’s a bummer when using the timed maze tickets). I’ve played for almost a year and just deal with it. No game is perfect. One thing that’s frustrating though is that tech support will always - always - make any glitches that I report: my fault. I always think they might like to know so they can look into an issue. Nope. They don’t handle feedback very well. It’s always on me.
