I then had to tap Sign Up again and it went through a strange verification process before I was actually signed in. Wonky. ### 2/5 — Simple basic ideas missing *2025-02-04* If you’re using an organizations app and it lists on amenity, a shop, an activity on the property don’t you think it would be simple enough to list the location of set item? No, they make you go to an outside downloadable PDF to find the location of anything. By the way, I can get that PDF off the website and could saved myself the hassle of downloading this terrible app in trying to find what I was looking for. ### 1/5 — Awful! Can't even login *2024-12-23* Terrible app. Have voiced my concerns but nobody seems to care. Making my first, and most likely my last trip, to the resort and would be nice to utilize the features they say they have on the app. It's the lack of communication and support that's the worst. I get things happen but if this is how you treat a complaint about the app imagine the service you'll get when you're at the resort. ### 5/5 — Love to see some improvement. *2024-04-18* Overall, the app is a great concept. It would be wonderful to see it become a much smoother experience and have more capabilities. Additionally, it would be nice to not be brought to a web URL page instead be brought to a app interface. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! The app experience is available through the web. And the mobile app is needed for digital key access. When installed, the app will take care of all the links directly. ### 3/5 — Problems With Initial Sign-Up to Create Account and Add Reservation to App *2023-12-14* First issue was with trying to enter phone number. Normally in the U.S., you only enter area code and number. Wouldn’t take until adding +1 followed by area code and number. Most don’t require that to be entered or instead ask you for the country which then defaults the +1 in. There is no explanation given why it kept rejecting. Just happened to guess correctly. Second is even though I have my resort confirmation number consisting of 9 digits that came on a pre-planning e-mail from Sunseeker, the message keeps coming back that it can’t find the reservation. The sample for the confirmation number on the sign-up page more resembles the shorter Allegiant confirmation/booking code, but that doesn’t work either. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback.
