This app is a mobile terminal for the smart lawn mower and must be used in conjunction with the mower.

Ich bin ordentlich enttäuscht von dem Einstellmöglichkriten, die die App bietet. Der Mäher könnte sicher viel mehr als die rudimentäre Funktionen anbieten. Was fehlt ist z.B. Vorschau auf die eingestellten Mähpfade, die Option, ab einem einzustellenden Prozentsatz das Mähen fortzusetzen bzw. aufzunehmen, die Mähfortschrittverfolgung ist extrem zäh und häufig unvollständig, weil die Position wohl nur über WLAN übermittelt wird statt über 4G wie bei anderen Herstellern, und und und …
Leute, schaut euch doch mal die Apps der Konkurrenz an, von Mammotion über Segway bis Roborock, alle haben bessere Apps für ihre Mäher! Warum schafft ihr das nicht?

Es gibt Bereiche in denen der V1 Probleme hat. Dieses sollte man mit einer Sperrzone ausschließen können. Rückkehr ist manchmal problematisch. Sonst gut.

I purchased this primarily to mow for me and I don’t mind the very random and weird ways it mows because it does an ok job that still saves me time - when it works. I’ve had it less than a month and already had to send it in for repair because it’s never completed a mow without multiple errors, but I also discovered that one of the reasons I purchased it was removed from the app. I want to be able to remote control mow areas outside its regular zone, because of a locked fence so scheduling is difficult. Please return my mower fully functional and add remote mowing back.

Die App ist noch „sehr Rohr“. Es fehlt eine Menge an Funktionen und Einstellungen.  Das wichtigste für mich, man kann weder den Arbeitsbereich noch die Sperrzonen digital in der App bearbeiten… dafür muss man immer der Mäher an die zu korrigierenden Stellen fahren und navigieren. Husqvarna hat dies besser gelöst.

Wenn ich einmal die Registrierung funktioniert, wird der Rest wohl genauso schlecht sein. Dann gebe ich mein Sun einfach zurück.

Muss dringend behoben werden. Die App meldet das der Zeitplan gespeichert wurde, dieser wird dann aber immer durch den voreingestellten wieder überschrieben! Sunseeker V1, neuestes iOS. So leider unbrauchbar!

Das letzte Update auf Version 1.5.1 ist die fehlerhafteste Version die es bisher gab. Mit dieser Version verliert unser X7 Gen 1 regelmäßig die Orientierung auf dem Grundstück und quittiert dies mit „außerhalb Begrenzungsdraht“ - wenn es denn einen Begrenzungsdraht geben würde… Heutiges Highlight - die Hindernisserkennung funktioniert nicht und dadurch fuhr mir das Ding über den Fuß. Was soll das - gibt es keine Qualitätskontrolle bevor eine Version ausgerollt wird?

New customer here! Have had this less than a month. I’ve absolutely loved it until today. 
The app was updated as “optimized functions and interactive experience”.
Well that’s a bold lie- they removed the option to manually cut while remote controlling. 
So, now with this update, you can own a remote controlled lawn mower than you cannot cut with other than mapping the area ( this thing misses little areas which remote driving and cutting was a must- as well as areas it cannot map)
Bring this back asap, will 5 star when it’s what I paid for. Literally on the box and paper work- remote control your lawn mower.. It’s not a lawn mower when in remote mode- just a slow remote controlled car :(
