### 2/5 — Dialogue glitch makes it unplayable

In Hepburn, when solving the costume case, the lines of questioning you can choose have accidentally been replaced with the avatars’ answers. Some lines were even overlapping on screen. This means you cannot question anyone to progress the game properly. I needed to question a worker backstage, but the dialogue glitched and so there’s no option to do so. I watched a walkthrough and saw that what showed up was completely different and that I would just have to deal with being stuck. It’s too bad, as I was really enjoying the game!

The overall game style is amazing, but for me, i can’t take apart items that have been combined, preventing me from continuing in most parts of the game, i hope i can figure it out so the money doesn’t go to waste.

Really loved the visuals and story, looking forward to new chapters if there ever will be more. It's heartwarming, pleasant to look at and main character's ptsd is interesting to explore. You truly can see the passion of developers. Puzzles are overall good and clever, but some either too unintuitive/straight up unpleasant to solve(like maze one) or hold your hand on every step which isn't good either. But my main issue comes with english translation. It looks very cheap, almost if original text has been ran through google translator and that's it. It breaks game's immersion. Not sure if this problem exists in original text, but at some point dialogue falls out of sync, making it hard to read.

really beautiful art and a very nice plot. Two little things that i reckon need fixing as it is a 9$ game: unfortunately, on the iPad version there are lots of bugs and the english translation isn’t great. You have to close the app and restart it many times for the bugs, and sometimes the dialogue is lost between two characters so Nico talks instead of the others, it makes it tricky to find a way to unlock the next puzzle. And the translation lacks of localization. It’s really shame because sometimes the english is so improper that you can’t throw yourself in the game and let the story unravel.

I love this game so much. It’s beautifully designed with a compelling storyline and fun gameplay. Best $9 I ever spent. That being said the app has been crashing! It has been fine for the majority of the game but now crashes every time I try to go down the stairs after getting into the theater in Hepburn. It’s so frustrating! I’m wondering if there is a solution?

If you are an idiot like me do not download I literally wasted my money on buying this app and I still didn't finish the puzzle game 
I'm honestly screwed but if you are smart this app is sooooooooooooooooooooo cute I highly recommend it ♡♡

I was drawn to play this because of its warm and wholesome art-style. It has a good variety of puzzles of varying difficulties that fit in the narrative and have me wishing for more. My problems with this game were the huge flaws in the story-telling. I wonder if this was a problem with translation as there were so many grammar mistakes to the point of muddling the story. Additionally, the corresponding heads to identify who were speaking is out of sync adding to the confusion of the story. I paid for the game assuming there’d be at least 4 chapters given the depicted 4 military friends of Nico but alas there were only 2 chapters. I would like there to be additional chapters but with great revision to the narration and fine-tuning of the flow of the game.

I love this game, it’s so beautiful and I fell in love with the characters and graphics. Though my issue is ,personally is whenever I tried to get the second clue about the costume incident in Hepburn, no matter how many times I turned the cans around I couldn’t solve it or take a photo. It was a pretty bad bug that was inescapable. So I went to contact the support team by going on the website. But it was all in Chinese. I didn’t expect language confusion, I’d think they’d have their website to where it could be in multiple languages just as they’re a gaming company and likely have people worldwide playing their games but guess I was wrong. No point in contacting the support team. I couldn’t understand a word. I had to completely restart the game.. all of my progress.. gone. all because of that one bug. Really wonder if they put all of their effort into the game because sometimes it seems like they didn’t even though it looks like it. Other people have gone through this issue too.. you know.. game breaking bugs to the point where you restart? Not pleasant! There have been reports on steam that they don’t really reach out to people either. Let me just put some reviews I found on steam that should give ya’ll a second notice before buying this game. —————————————————REVIEW 1: I'm writing this comment with utter anger and disgust. I've been looking forward to this game since its announcement, and purchased it around 10 AM Beijing time on 21 Aug, right after the game released on Steam. It was later that day, at 6:47 PM the dev team posted an announcement on Weibo (twitter's Chinese counterpart) that 'the initial base game' only includes the first 2 chapters of the story. They are working on the third chapter which WILL BE SOLD AS DLC and estimated to release later next year. Here's link to that post .

So, what you are about to buy is just a 'Prologue' of sorts, and what makes me even more disgusted is this 'you need to pay more for the rest of the story' thingy has never been communicated before the release of the game, and based on my check, there is no Steam announcement about this, and there is no mention of such information on their official Twitter accounts (both the team's and the game's). The team would have earned people's understanding if they had chosen to release the game as Early Access, but NOOOOOOO, they hide the truth and only dare to say it 'privately' to Chinese gamers. I understand the game will eventually port to mobile and this is how things usually work for mobile games (i.e. purchase to unlock the following chapters), but this is premium games on Steam we are talking about, so this is NOT ok, let alone the lack of prior communication. This game isn't advertised anywhere as not being a full game, but it isn't! Later chapters (i.e. more than just TWO CHAPTERS) will be released as DLC that you will have to purchase! That's so disappointing, and honestly, while the game is cute, the two short chapters are NOT worth the price. It also feels really underhanded that it's not advertised anywhere that it's not the full game. So disappointed in Cotton Game.
 —————————————————   REVIEW 3: A beautiful game with gorgeous hand-drawn art, some fun if simple puzzle-solving, and a decently compelling story to carry you through its modest length.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to strongly advise against buying this due to the developers pulling a sneaky and only releasing half a game, with the later chapters to be released as paid DLC. For an independent game already asking a fair purchase price and giving absolutely no indication of its incomplete state in the store listing or even in the game itself, this feels really deceptive and frankly galling. It's a serious whiplash to experience a fun and wholesome game like this only to realise its developers duped you out of your money for an unfinished product. Language barrier or malicious stupidity aside, this shouldn't be acceptable at all.

I fell in love with the beautiful art style ,animations, background music, and overall story ever since I first saw the trailer for this game, But after waiting a year post launch to finally purchase what I had thought must be a complete game by now, I'm more than a little disappointed. The game currently has two full chapters [with a promise of more to come later?], and while the second chapter has several game breaking bugs that I personally ran into and had to restart the game, the translation to english throughout the entire game constantly confused me.

I hope they will finish this game some day, but until it's finished it should really be listed as early access.

O jogo é maravilhoso, simplesmente uma obra de arte, todas as cenas poderiam ser quadros de tão lindas. Várias partes me emocionaram, a história é muito tocante assim como os personagens. O único defeito é que no finalzinho do jogo algumas falas ficaram embaralhadas e isso acabou atrapalhando um pouco, mas o jogo é incrível!!

I love this game! It was hard to understand the words towards the end because of the grammar mistakes but that’s okay. This game is very much worth the money you pay for it… it was beautifully thought out and put together. I love the art style. Overall it’s a 9/10 & I highly recommend this game.

J’adore ce jeu ! Il est vraiment trop mignon !
L’histoire est adorable, touchante et légère. 
Ça nous rappelle à quel point c’est agréable de profiter de chaque instant de la vie : voyager, voir ses amis… 

Cependant, il n’y a pas de traduction en français (il faut savoir lire l’anglais). Pour ma part, ça ne m’a pas dérangé, mais il est important de le savoir.

En tout cas, super jeu, je recommande 🥰
