The interface is much more user-friendly, and features like Bin Day reminders and Service Requests work smoothly. ### 1/5 — Snap Solve Send it *2024-10-03* App completely useless… Less information than you can just get from Google Their emails are now saying they don’t support snap solve send, but their app has no way to contact them properly other than a generic ignored email… ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-08-25* Terrible app, basically useless and a waste of ratepayers money. Using Snap Send Solve is much easier and council should just subscribe to that instead. Poor form council. It’s a glorified website that is not particularly helpful.
