## What is Sunshine Day?

Hey, old friends.

Sunny Day turns daily weather into quiet, easy-to-understand information.

Powered by Apple WeatherKit, Sunny Day brings current conditions, upcoming changes, and important alerts into a clear, focused view. Whether you are checking before heading out or planning the next few days, the information you need is close at hand.

With Sunny Day, you can:

- See the current temperature, feels-like temperature, high, low, humidity, wind speed, and UV Index.
- Use your current location for local weather, or add multiple cities manually and swipe to switch between them.
- Browse hourly weather, temperature, and precipitation for the rest of today.
- Get prominent, time-based alerts when heavy rain, snow, freezing rain, sleet, thunderstorms, or hail may occur, then tap to view hourly details.
- Open the seven-day forecast and browse each day’s conditions and temperature range.
- Add today’s weather or the next three days to your Home Screen with a widget.
- Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit, and switch between Slate Blue, Sage, Dusty Rose, Graphite, and other calm color palettes.
- Read weather information in a familiar language, making weather a small window you will want to open every day.

Sunny Day is not about complicated weather charts. It offers the reminders that matter: what to wear today, whether rain is on the way, and how temperatures may change over the next few days.

Location permission is used only to request weather for your current location. Manually added cities and their order stay on your device. Weather data is provided by Apple WeatherKit.

May every trip outside begin with a better sense of the weather.

Sunny Day now understands each day’s weather changes a little better:

- Added weather widgets for today’s weather and the forecast for the next three days.
- Added hourly weather details for temperature, conditions, and precipitation.
- Added severe weather alerts for heavy rain, snow, freezing rain, sleet, thunderstorms, and hail, including estimated times and links to detailed hourly forecasts.
- Added a seven-day weather list with daily conditions and temperature ranges.
- Added direct appearance palette switching in Settings.
- Improved multi-city switching, weather refresh, and small page details for a clearer, smoother experience.
