it’s a super fun game, there are just a few downsides i’ve discovered. You get so many random things as gifts/rewards in the game (which is always nice) but the rewards can include things like wallpaper/flooring and it’ll only give you two panels of said wallpaper/flooring so you cant really get much use out of them (especially because the stores don’t cycle through options very well and the rewards are always specific to a theme) and there’s no way to sell items in your inventory so you’re stuck with a bunch of random things that you wouldn’t use! The game also drains my battery pretty quickly! playing for roughly 30 mins can get my phone from 100% down to 20-30%!! But even these downsides aren’t a reason to stop playing tbh, it’s a super fun game I just wish there were more options regarding inventory/design

I actually love this game really really much and I didn’t think I would. Because there are so many games out there even though it’s still in testing I love that there’s no division in if you are some top rated player that has all this money, and these nice clothes on versus you may not be paying for a subscription and you don’t get access to half of the fun stuff. I hate that a lot of games have things like that. I love that everyone, even though you have to work your way up for each level to start upgrade your town a lot more,: if I wasn’t leveling up as fast as someone else I I still will have a great time in the game, that’s what I love about this game there’s no division in status!!. The only thing I wish as the game is continuing to develop is that we can talk to our friends and teleport to them wherever they are if they are online. I love that there’s not a long wait time to build things and for things to grow. And I love that everyone gets an opportunity to earn coins to build their own home. It would be cool to be able to have different levels to your. And for future, I think it would be cool to add games inside of the game that you can play with online friends.

I’ve been playing this game for a while, and I really enjoy it. I’ve come to a point though where there aren’t anymore tasks other than the dailies/weeklies. The mall opened, and there’s another store but no idea how to open it. There’s also clearly more to the map, but it’s covered in clouds, and there’s no indication as to how to open up those parts either. So far I’ve unlocked the Main Street in town, the mall, the coffee shop, the lumberyard with Rowan, the fishing spot, the fields with the lawnmowers, the mines, and the farm- but it’s getting boring and frustrating without new places to go/new quests. Brambles just became available in the meadows so that’s a new thing, and you can now decorate the room for the guy in the mines. Really enjoy the game, and it’s really fun. Just hoping for more updates and quests soon!

I think this game is a very fun game for people of all ages. Personally, being an 18 year old and plying it with my girlfriend, I love being able to go over to each others houses and see the cute, creative ideas we have for our home. Not only does it entertain teens, but adults too! I’ve recommended it to my oldest brother, who is 24 years old, and he also loves to play this with his kid! It’s very cute and they update stuff everyday! Now, every game has their downside and sadly, I can say that some of their items and decorations can be a little repetitive. However, they do have a discord that is very engaged with their community. Every week they take the top 10 recommendations and answer them, themselves with if they think it’s worth putting in or not. Overall, I think this game is something that everyone needs to give a try because it really helps you be organized and creative with your rooms!

I never write reviews but I seriously love this game. I just wish they would finish the game because all I can do is daily projects or sell stuff to finish my house. I really Enjoy this game and wish they would finish it. I don’t want to delete the game then restart once they finish. It seems there’s a lot more they could add or do so I’m looking forward to it.
I also would like if you guys could make it so we could text and not just pick your options you have picked because it’s very hard to ask questions if you need help. Also one other thing is I think you guys should make it so you can go to the board in the main spot or your home and invite friends or make friends and make it able to invite them.

Hello! I noticed a sort of bug that happens every couple of days when I try to open Sunshine days. 
When I go to open the app, it logs me in, and then a notification pops up in the game. It says that there is an update and that I need to go to the App Store to download it. The weird thing is that there isn’t an update available in the App Store when I do go. This has happened three or four times over just the few weeks that I have played it, including today.
 It lets me back in after a day or so, so it usually isn’t anything to worry about, but I was just letting you all know what I have been experiencing. Hopefully it can be fixed if it is a bug. The game has made great progress so far. Thank you for reading!

I’ve only recently started playing this game, about 3-4 days now? I’ve already run out of things to do 😭 it’s a very fun game and i see the potential but i do hope that this game continues to expand. I’ve read the other reviews and it seems like this has been out for about two years now. So i’m hoping we’ll get some new things soon! Though it seems a little unlikely bc of the way things have been for the last few years? If there is anyway i can contribute to supporting this game to expand, i’d love to know! But for now i will wait patiently :)

Please read developers: this game has so much potential but I have a couple things I thought would be good additions to what you already have. 1: half the store for clothes is gender related. Be more creative and make some fun outfits too! More than 2 available pants a day would be good too. More faces, shoes, glasses. The stores should be bigger w more variety. 2. With things like wallpaper, you should be able to but 5,10,15 at a time. Pressing buy over and over is tedious. 3. It would be pretty interesting if you could craft things with your extra materials (food w the veggies, bread w the grass, maybe exclusive furniture w the wood) 
There are many things u could add to make this game great! Make themed contests between users homes, make the houses 2 stories if u upgrade, make people be able to actually conversation instead of chosen pre typed conversations. 
Don’t give up on the game. Keep adding to it!

In the beginning I was renovating stuff quickly but after I had to renovate 3 at the same time the game didn’t progress! I finished renovating the 3 I had to but now Sylvie won’t even talk to me so I could renovate other things. I’ve been playing to see if it will progress after I did a couple of jobs but still nothing. I don’t want to have to delete it and start over because I’m starting to like the house I’m building.

I just got the costume shop! And so far I can’t continue opening new places… I’m not sure if everything that is closed if is just unfinished, or if I need to level up more. Even if I do I’m not even sure where I can’t find the level system. I finished the pass within a day or two. And after you gather everything and sell stuff it gets nothing! I WANT TO EXPLORE THE REST!!! I really do enjoy this game!! Hopefully I figure this out! Maybe you guys could add a guide?

First I want to say that I do every much enjoy this game, and that it is fun and my new current fixation.

A couple ways I think it could improve is as follows:

1. I would LOVE to go see other peoples houses! I like that I can decorate my own home, but I can’t show it to anyone or see others and their creativity. Would be cool to have a random visit button or something and if you like their home or want to be friends you can heart the home and have it on a favorites tab type thing. Being able to leave them gifts would be cute too!!
2. I have already finished all the upgrades in the town, and it seemed to be quick. I would like to see quests on how we can continue to help the shops (help the plant shop by bringing her seeds or bring an amazing new plant to the farm ect. Things that helps us have a purpose helping everyone.)
3. Being able to play a little more together. I see people run around, but I have no need for friends or anything because their is no real communication or quests that require friends/teamwork.

Reaching out to let the developers of the game. I really enjoy playing this game however through my play through I’ve had to re-create my character five different times. even though I have it linked to my Apple account for some reason I will close the app for a short period of time only to re-open and realize that I have to re-create my character, and start from the beginning. then randomly if I leave the game it will jump back to the previous character that I had I don’t know if there’s a possible way to switch between accounts and it’s doing it automatically or if there’s a glitch in the game where it causes you to create someone else and then randomly pulls up your profile again. it’s really annoying and time-consuming to run back through, getting to where I was just to open the app an hour later after taking a break to be back at my original character.

I’m confused what happened… i wanted to start playing this game again but this update has so much less character than the previous version I played a couple months ago. There is one big space now to plant crops + no more greenhouse. The character design and downtown area is cute but I miss running around the different areas exploring and finding the characters in their own homes and spaces completing quests and learning more about them
I feel like this game is a completely different experience now and I’m not into the mass collecting of items that it feels like this game has become. Just bummed, hope more happens with it because it has potential and unsure why they changed the whole feel of the game. :(

This game is pretty good so far but im seeing in other review that it hasn't rlly updated since its release which is a little disappointing because i like this app and im unsure if it will update again. this game was pretty easy to finish but it was fun. i wish there was a better way to talk to other players because the safe chat options aren't even that good and also a theirs a few glitches here and there but this game is cool looks nice. it has potential don't waste it.

I just started this game a few days ago, and I still getting a little task that says to “finish restoring scarecrow meadow”. When I go to Scarecrow Meadow, there’s an area with a green check mark that looks like it’s ready to be restored, but I have no way to get to it. It’s blocked by fencing. I’ve done everything I could to try to get over there but still nothing. The game also has been glitching out a bit and it just crashed on me a few minutes ago. Super cute game, but I just wish the support staff on instagram would reach out when people need help with the game. I think I commented on a post mentioning my Scarecrow issue, and no one responded, but a player did and said they were having the same issue.

It’s nice to know that while I was supporting this game and giving y’all money while it was barely playable, y’all were scheming up a new update to make things cost money that were previously free. When are we getting new customization options for our characters? When are we getting more furniture styles in the stores instead of just cute or modern? My character can barely get across screen without it glitching out but instead of fixing that y’all are making us pay to use the lawnmower and bait? Y’all even took the time to take out the golden axes and the ability to sell things in our inventory? I always spent the $8.99 for the prizes but I’m never spending money on this game again. Laaaame. Seriously disappointing.

I tried to keep playing even though they update is awful but the last straw was when I saved up 50k (which isn’t easy since they took away our ability to sell things, thanks a lot) and used it to clear a plot of land, the next time I went to play the plot is STILL THERE saying I need to pay 50k to clear it!! I don’t even wanna play anymore, congrats on ruining the game by being greedy!!

Sunshine Days is in Early Access so continues to evolve and we take a lot of consideration over changes to make and ensure that those are done with our studio teams and Villagers in mind.

The game is constantly disconnecting/crashing.. And there's just never enough quests. Having to wait 8+ hours for one daily task is just ridiculous, especially since that's the only way we can progress in the events. I've already maxed friendship with all the characters, so the game is pointless and boring with no other quests other than dailies which are all repetitive. Developers need to step their game up, it has been released for over 2 years and multiple reviews have the same complaints which haven't been fixed.. Also, why can't we trade furnitures with other players? And selling one item at a time is ridiculous. There's also a limit to the amount of furnitures that we can place in our house and we can't freely message other players. If this is a kid's game then why the main focus on the lgbtq community? I might as well play The Sims since there's no limit to customization, interaction, etc the list goes on. I wouldn't suggest subscribing for premium items since there's always a glitch with each new update and there's a chance of losing your account. Everyone had to start all over in a previous update. Developers please improve the graphics, colors are dull and we need more clothes and costumes. Anyone else looking for a better sim game, I'd suggest Virtual Sim Story or Zepeto. Well that sums up my review, game is trash, bye 👎🏼

Hello , I just wanted to say that the game it’s nice but one update per month is too slow ! I cannot do anything besides farming and getting stuff accumulated. We should be able to text other players with full keyboard to interact with them , not only by symbols and small incomplete phrases . Another great thing should be to let us interact with everything inside our houses , for example : the bathroom , the kitchen , the bedroom , etc… it will be awesome ! Please please take all this in consideration and do something about it , it’s really depressing to be waiting so long for just a really tiny update with 1 or 2 things on it that could take us 5 min to complete and have to wait for another full month to get another update . Thank you so much for your understanding ! I know the game is on early stage but no other game is like this one of slow.

I downloaded this game when it was a bit more developed, then it went through a complete overhaul and changed, which is fine, but now there are about 3 missions and then I am stuck 1)chopping wood 2) fishing) or 3) picking daisies , no seriously, daisies. I feel like we lost ALOT of gameplay and it was replaced with very little. Please let me know if I am missing something because I have unlock the two areas where you can fish/ pick daisies and cut wood but nothing else. 

Ps. Every time I try to talk (not buy seeds) to Sada the giraffe it glitches and I have to shut down the game. I kept trying because I though she had a quest for me.

Great game to pass the time but bad glitches. Also, is nobody else completely pis*ed that their character data and everything you owned/customized was restarted with the new update??? the maps are nicely updated but I lost everything i owned, no coins or gems or anything to say “sorry for deleting all of your hard earned data” AND had to do the exact same entry quests as I had already completed, same dialogue and all. Tiring. I STILL cannot scroll through my backpack at all it glitches. Where do I change my characters name? Why did you get rid of some of the preset face and hair options? You should include timers on the quests so you know how long you have before they disappear. Stupid enough, I got a quest where I need paint but since my character data was deleted, and the character who helps you make paint is on a list where you can only choose 1/3 quests every 24 hours, i don’t have access to paint & cannot complete my paint mission within 24 hours. The game will crash if i am buying multiple items from a store or crafting multiple things when I have the required materials already. Idk, want to love it but the reset really upsets me.

### 2/5 — Exclusive yet nice game

I  really like the story and how the game works, character customization is nice and it’s not a bad game to spend some time in. But I’m also a Christian and for some reason you can’t say God, Jesus or Christ in the game (they all get turned into something else.) but Muhammed, Allah, Buddha, and satan come through. So that’s obviously targeted, another thing I don’t like is the characters don’t have genders. They’re called “them” which makes it slightly confusing when some are obviously more feminine and masculine. I’d rather have you select your own characters gender because you are also called a them. Nice game but eh.

All my data got lost and destroyed. I was playing.. got like 5 hours into the game progressed pretty far. I noticed I didn’t have Game Center linked for some reason, so I pressed “link Game Center” not thinking it would delete my whole character without warning or anything. All of my data lost and gone, friends I made. Gone. Thank goodness I didn’t exactly buy anything, all of that would of been gone. I don’t normally write reviews, but before you sink in many hours, make sure you have Game Center linked to save your data. Don’t make the same mistake I did :( 

in other news. The game is extremely fun. But I almost finished the main story line in about 5 hours so… but yeah. I’m extremely hurt and saddened by that bug that destroyed my whole game… of course I have to be the unlucky one. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Have a nice day, while I’ll continue to cry

I absolutely loooove this game buuut they have been changing the game a lot so everyones loosing their save data every time there is an update so it’s turning people off, it happened to me 3 times unfortunately. And this last update yes had some improvements but created more issues like not able to collect weeds, plants or sticks anymore so you run out of things to do and now the map is the map only which is fine but now we don’t have a quest list and no quests and it’s really hard to collect enough sun drops to unblock everything I still can’t play because of not being given opportunities to find sundrops. I love the new additions but they need work and I believe hopefully soon thing will be fixed so I’m trying to stick with it throughout this beta testing stage of the game. 💕

I gave this game 3 stars because the developers have a great idea, but the game isn’t finished. I’ve gotten to the point where you can’t go any further and there isn’t really anything else to do. If the game was finished and it was a full thing then i would be giving it 5 starts, but I’m not going to keep logging in to the game every day just for the daily check in and to fill some crates with products to be sold and then have nothing else to do. Lol. Hope it gets finished. Deleting it for now.

This is a fun and relaxing game and it looks very cute. The style and graphics are simple yet appealing, giving the game a calm vibe. The characters and text are very positive and optimistic, it helps relieve stress and makes me feel happy. It's a good game for when you want to kick back and take a break. I like the design of the characters and town, the style pulls it all together very well, it has a nice charm to it. The new updates and features that get added to the game almost weekly make the game extra enjoyable, everytime I find a new feature being added I get excited to see what the developers come up with next. The devs always come up with something new and fun for the players to do in the game, they add events and in-game rewards that can be earned by participating in the events. I like the items you can obtain in-game to customize your home and character, they are great and make the game more enjoyable. And I like how creative and diverse the game is. It's very colorful and includes styles that support and represent many types of people. The game is currently on mobile only, but will later be made for pc as well, so I’m excited to see how the game will work on pc.

I absolutely love this game. I’ve been playing daily for a couple months or so now and haven’t gotten bored yet. There’s endless possibilities with crafting and decorating your home and that’s enough to keep many people busy between the mini events that happen often. The game is so cute and fun. It’s inclusive and great for all ages. There’s not a single bit of this game that is inappropriate. It’s biggest theme is spreading love and joy! The good vibes system is such a cool thing and it’s so awesome to see everyone gather for boombox parties! I noticed most of the poor reviews were from hateful phobic people and that’s just sad. I’m a parent of 4 and personally I recommend this game to my children. I look forward to all the great future updates coming and seeing what the devs have in store for us!!

I love this game. I love that you can earn coins and gems so there’s a fair chance to purchase premium stuff. It’s one of the few games that doesn’t feel extremely skewed towards paying players, and I think that’s a big win. I hope that doesn’t go away as the game evolves. I think it would be fair to introduce exclusive content that can only be obtained through money because the game obviously needs to make a profit, but if it can be limited to cosmetic items and not things like resources such as coins, gems, wood, fish, etc, I think that would be awesome. The current rate that you can farm resources feels very good and I would hate to see the experience worsened by putting a paywall on it. I’m excited to see more development with clothing and hairstyles. Really cool stuff going on with this game.

I’ve been playing this game for a couple months now, and I’m in love. The representation of lgbtqi+ people is just amazing. From a villager casually mentioning his husband, to another npc having they/them pronouns, all of the pride flags as hoodies you can by for cheap, the secret pride flags that hang in the background of the town, everything is amazing. You don’t have to choose a gender for your character, and no one has limitations on facial hair or clothing. As an agender, pansexual person, this makes me ecstatic. This is just the icing on the cake, too. The actual gameplay is super fun and very addicting. I’m in love with the graphics, the characters, and all the fun things you can do. There are a couple bugs here and there, but it’s to be expected since the game is in beta. I love love love this. Keep up the good work, and thank you for making a game I and the rest of the lgbtqi+ community feel represented and respected in. ❤️❤️

it looks like it’s been in development for awhile but this game is literally so fun
its definitely a good balance of difficulty, it’s not hard but it is tedious at times which i appreciate, and the storyline is actually super interesting and i like the little mystery of it. so excited for the full release, also the name mechanic gave me the gem “doink barno” which i am tempted to legally change my name to

I’m super happy I downloaded this app, it’s adorable and very fun! I love all the inclusive designing. There are a few minor glitches, but nothing that can’t be fixed by restarting the app or hitting the “return home” button. I’m sad there’s not more for me to play right now but I’m still glad I found this app right when it first launched. SUPER excited for future updates and bug fixes!!

I think this game is really fun! Contrary to what others have said this game hasn't crashed once (I've had it for a couple of days) my only issue with it is the hair, ( I know this isn't finished so it’s probably gonna be added in later) they only had a 2 blonde options which was an orangey blonde & an ashy blonde, I was hoping for a more yellow blonde. My other hair issue is that there isn't many hair options (especially for masculine/short hair).

Honestly I love this game! I was really pleasantly surprised at the fact there are so many skin tone options for customizing your character! That’s great, and a feature most popular games don’t even have. My only suggestion in the customization department is that you make more styles for curly hair/natural hair. Like maybe some locs, braids, a fade, and more Afro options. But other than that I love the game! It’s actually really LGBT friendly and you can buy shirts of whatever pride flag represents you! I was so stoked to see the lesbian pride flag shirt. I love the game play and the art style is really cute. All around a really fun game and would recommend.

This is like an interactive story that plays out while u personalize everything and run around collecting stuff. It’s a lot of reading, but u choose a lot of personalized stuff too. I could do entirely without the chat tables, but it’s easy to pass by and just not use those. I only played up to Zoe’s tour and Noom’s gossip, but I kinda can’t wait to play some more. There’s like no pressure to craft or earn, so it’s relaxing to just walk around talking to characters. I like it. I’d love it if my kid played this. Strong readers make good money, ya know!

Love this game even as it’s in early access! You can tell a lot of time and care has been put into it, which is really appreciated.
I think I’ve finished the main quests so I’m a bit confused how to unlock certain areas or items, but I’m giving it some time as I just got the game today lol.
Only requests (pls!) (pls pls):

-(big one) Let us expand our house, multiple floors or rooms would be the best case scenario. It would also give us more reason to grind to earn money to pay for it. There’s a lot of nice furniture but it’s hard cramming it all into one room. Maybe even decorate the front of our house and place some items? 
- let us change the wall hangings that seem to be stuck there and maybe add our own colors on the wall?

- sometimes the camera prevents from seeing where I am or what I’m picking up (good example is the right corner of the greenhouse I have no idea what I’m planting or harvesting because the ceiling is in the way) 

- mark the items available to harvest on the map!!
