It doesn’t save the card information. Tried different emails and cards. I was never able to sign up. App checkout is broken. Don’t use this app and don’t use the car washes part of this network. Even though I have gone through cycles of moments that I driving to get my car washed and the washer is either being serviced or does not operate when the app processes my request to start a wash cycle. I think that the app might need some tweaking or updates so that these technical issues minimize and also some long term improvements to each washers maintenance program so that they have less working days. ### 1/5 — Making Everything Complicated and Dumb *2025-12-31, version 3.1.2* Before I was able to just pull up at the car wash and pay with my card and get my car washed. Now I have to download an app that doesn’t work, sign in, create a password, just to get my car washed. The app didn’t work when I wanted to pay, and I just had to leave.
