Had the same issue about trying to login and no luck. I am spending more money driving to it every day in order to check if it is open everyday and there is not way to know if it is open without gong to the place. Even though I have gone through cycles of moments that I driving to get my car washed and the washer is either being serviced or does not operate when the app processes my request to start a wash cycle.
