## What is Sunstate Home Watch?

Sunstate Home Watch keeps an eye on your Southwest Florida home while you're away.

A trained local inspector visits on your schedule and photographs every room, inside and out. Minutes later the dated report is on your phone — every photo timestamped, so you always know your home is safe, and you have a record for your insurance.

FOR HOMEOWNERS
• See every inspection as dated, timestamped photos
• Message your inspector directly — auto-translated into your language
• Request lawn care, pool service, cleaning or repairs, coordinated by Sunstate
• Add your spouse so you both see everything
• Your whole season's record in one place

FOR INSPECTORS
• Your route and clients for the day, with maps and directions
• Capture photos on site and file a report in seconds
• Per-home access notes and entry details

Sunstate serves Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island. Your first inspection is free.
