When I first got solar in Jan of 22, I didn’t have to pay for those reports. On Sunpower, all App services were free. On SunStrong, you have to pay the premium price to get services that were once free on the Sunpower app. No thanks! This app provided free monitoring before and now suddenly they are charging for basic monitoring which I believe we are contractually entitled to get. I would suggest using a different company. Customer support request 48 hours to respond. We have been unable to deal with it based on the available instructions. We do not get weather information based on latest release. I’m already paying a tremendous amount for my solar panels so now to see how it works. I have to pay more? Now one has to pay $99 a year for it. After that company reorganized, the new owner switched me to this app and is trying to charge $99 for what was contractually provided in the prior app for basic information. Basically a contract violation and fraud - I reported this app to the CA AG’a office and they’re going to start an investigation. ### 1/5 — Complete utter GARBAGE *2026-06-05, version 1.1.9* This app is totally GARBAGE. We used to have full reports, analytics, and per-panel output reports. Now we cannot view ANY of this info. This app updates makes me want to throw our entire system in the trash this is so, so horrible. ### 1/5 — Zero Customer Service *2026-06-03, version 1.1.9* This app is sporadic at best. When I told SunStrong I couldn’t get the PVS6 to connect, they ignored me and told me to call someone else. I suspected our 2 year old system was down but no way to monitor it. Never recommend this company to anyone ever again. And for the most part grossly underestimates the power consumed. Right now, shows our panels have produced 1620% of the power used.
