Firstly the e-biling, the tracking is always inaccurate. Even if we have paid it still show pending payment. I would suggest to add attach slip function and update the payment invoice status automatically , for user to include the proof of payment since the payment via FPX is not available since 2020. Secondly, please add parcel tracking feature so that any parcel received can be tracked here and notify the owner they receive a parcel, same like when we have a visitor coming.
