Possible to properly test the app before rolling out to users? Thanks. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2024-08-25, version 1.1.7* Tried countless times to open the app but it wouldn’t load, simply hangs at the loading screen. Hence i can’t upload many receipts to earn points, also can’t use my promo codes for parking. Simply useless and i find it unacceptable. For the size of your shopping mall, the app’s usability is ridiculously abysmal. Please do something about it. ### 1/5 — Stingy with rewards that we can redeem using points *2024-08-23, version 1.1.7* I frequent Suntec City rather often and the points I have accumulated is not even enough to redeem for $2 Carpark Dollars (which requires 2,000 points but they issue very little points for the amount spent, making it challenging and does not make sense at all to spend so much just to redeem for carpark), very stingy indeed as compared to the malls under Lendlease Management! 👎🏻 ### 1/5 — Entire team behind app needs to be fired *2024-08-11, version 1.1.4* This app is totally broken and doesn’t work. Tells you that your password expired and then doesn’t send you an OTP. Why does the password expire? Unless your security is so bad that the entire system is compromised. The entire team behind this app the developers and the managers that hired them should be fired. ### 1/5 — Super lousy app don’t bother to download *2024-07-20, version 1.1.4* The receipts scanning and taking in for rewards is lousy they cannot detect properly. Capital star one is better. The carpark also requires points for redemption. It’s unlike in the past. Basically I think the mall don’t have budget for the app to do it properly. They link your ID with mobile but mobile cannot be used for password reset. I tried password reset for all my emails , all invalid.. yet cannot create new account due to mobile registered. The team who made this app have no pride as a human being, the management who tested this app obviously don’t care about the company’s branding and reputation. One of the worst app to ever have been created, UX experience is so horrible, feels like a school work done by someone with intentions to just pass the module ### 1/5 — Stupid Apps *2024-05-18, version 1.1.1* Downloaded and logging but keeps loading since lunch at 1130am till I finished my shopping at 3pm! Can’t even refresh or stop the apps! Next day try deleting and reinstalled the Apps still the same!!! ### 1/5 — Hopeless apps update *2024-05-17, version 1.1.1* Suntec+ new apps after update requires user to enter new password as it expired all previous password automatically. However, if someone previous email address is no longer valid they can’t access their account anymore as OTP is sent to previous email address and all accumulated points are all wasted if you are not able to access your account again without OTP to reset password ### 1/5 — The app is not working *2024-05-09, version 1.1.0* Asked to use the new app when tried to log into the old app. After downloading the new app, it showed my password is expired at login. I was directed to FORGET PASSWORD page, which requires OTP which it did not send any to my email. Impossible to log in. ### 1/5 — Can’t deactivate IU *2024-05-07, version 1.1.0* It’s a lousy app that doesn’t work! It activated the wrong IU no. and doesn’t allow me to deactivate and change to the correct IU no. ### 1/5 — Not functional *2024-05-05, version 1.1.0* Deserve zero star as Suntec managed to change a fully functional app to a useless one. Scan receipt function doesn’t work, so won’t ever be able to earn points. ### 1/5 — This is horrific *2024-04-24, version 1.1.0* The loading time and refresh rate is so bad, I thought I was back in the 2000 dial-up internet speed. Their parking redemptions is too small and you are not even redeem $1 with decent spending comparing to Capital malls. I tried to avoid Suntec these days. Idiots. ### 1/5 — Lousy! Backward! Stingy! *2025-11-17, version 1.1.17* This has to be the most backward retail app ever! You have to upload the receipts manually for every purchase yourself. Some more so many restrictions on the acceptable receipts, some which make no sense! Receipts must show payment type (why is it the customer’s responsibility to show that and not the merchant’s??); purchases from pop ups stores and atrium sales not accepted (why??!) and everything must be uploaded within 48hrs! Then after you accumulate the points, there are soooo little things you can exchange the points for! Super stingy! Don’t bother getting this app! Counter staff keeps insisting that if i don’t register i can’t redeem my gift but the app keeps having an error and doesn’t allow me to register? Even when i queued for 15 mins? Terrible ### 1/5 — Rubbish app and non existent customer service *2024-12-12, version 1.1.12* Under old app your points get credited instantly. Now Customer service don’t allow walk in and only via app which will take 1 working day to know if it’s approved. Want to give reward but make it troublesome.
