Nothing of yours works,not the virtual service nor the app works, it’s a big shame, I regret opening a cooperate account with suntrust bank, like why do I have to suffer for my own money?? Coming to the bank every now and then to make business transactions, why have an app that won’t work for both cooperate & individual account, i can’t even check my bank balance like every other bank does, I have gone to one of the bank branch to complain but nothing was done about it, I emailed customer service nothing was done about it,, why do I have to stress my mind all the time I think of making a transaction?!!!! Fix your bug or whatever it’s called! Really really bad!

This App is an embarrassment and it reflects on the Banks leadership and culture, I can’t imagine how the bank is being managed if their App which is customer facing is this bad and rarely works, unless this is by design so people miss their payment deadlines, in this case I call for an investigation into this practice, shame on you :(

Doesn't allow you reset your password. It sends an OTP and then says it's invalid. 
Switch to a modern provider

In partnership with BB&T, upgrading to Truist, Suntrust helped to create a good platform for bankers and customers to better interact.

The application interface may need a developer for an upgrade to direct customers appropriately toward Truist.
