I have been using this app for a couple months and it was good at first but the coach is a basic robot voice and the music is the same every time, there are no choices, I finally turned off all the sound completely. It’s a pretty basic app for getting started, that’s why I liked it in the beginning. I have been waiting for an update to improve the robot voice, offer music choices beyond the single one, and sync with apple health but alas, the latest update disguised as ‘bug fixes’ was actually is a lock on medium, and advanced levels - with a new fee to unlock. Overnight, the app I’ve been using loses my interest entirely. Look elsewhere. I’m done with this one.

The app is good for doing repeated surya namaskar, the instructions are good. However, it is better to include breathing technique while doing sun salutation. The app currently gives out the instructions for the pose alone.

Awesome app! One suggestion would be to include sign in option so that our progress would be recorded if we have to reinstall the app.
