That is the worst colors for an I have ever seen! Who’s going to notice it? Nobody! Hire someone that’s not color blind!😝 ### 2/5 — Crashing *2025-10-20, version 4018.1.1* It’s always super convenient not being able to see how much money You have this app is always just not working. ### 3/5 — Love it But…. *2025-06-23* I want to start by saying how much I appreciate your service so far—your team has been incredibly helpful and friendly, and that has made a great impression on me. The Sunward app is excellent as well. It includes everything I need, like member-to-member transfers, Zelle, and clear, easy-to-read balances. Overall, the digital experience is top-tier. That said, I’d like to offer some feedback regarding shared branching access. As an out-of-state member—and with Sunward being open to anyone through association membership—I feel the current policy of allowing only two free shared branch visits before incurring fees is a bit restrictive. I personally don’t visit branches often, but knowing that I can access a shared branch when needed brings peace of mind. Limiting access to just two visits seems too tight, especially for those of us outside your core service area. For comparison, Ent Credit Union in Colorado allows six shared branching visits before fees apply, which feels more reasonable and manageable. I’d love to see Sunward consider revising this policy to allow at least five free shared branching visits, if not more. It would greatly enhance the overall experience for out-of-state members like myself. Thank you again for the great service so far. This name change to Sunward is just awful. The fact that members weren't made aware of the name change until it was already a done deal is what really gets to me. I've had this account for almost 30 years and am seriously considering closing my account and moving everything to USAA. Recently, the Cloudflare garbage that has shown up prevents me from logging in to my account. It just spins forever. And tapping on the "report a problem" link asks me to consent to send "data" to Cloudflare without showing me exactly what will be sent (Would it send my account name or password? I have no idea. Great design, simple and easy to use. However with the latest update, the screen orientation has become relegated to Portrait mode only. Please look into adjusting so that both landscape and portrait mode are available.
