Cant even look at the electricity left on the app, have been trying to log off and log in again or even delete the app and download again still wont work pls fix this admins

No detailed calculation on electric consumption. Unable to view daily consumption and it only has summary. Honestly have some doubts on the algorithm uses to calculation the consumption. App loading takes forever, barely can access to the payment portal page.
