Either we have to catch the bus randomly , or we waited for nothing. This morning I used shuttle bus to go to a restaurant. The bus driver supposed to wait in the bus for next passengers at sunway pyramid bus stop but instead he was following me from behind and wanted to sit next to me. Thankfully the waiter shooed him. He also claimed me as his little sister. So inconvenient for students and Sunway City visitors when it could have been an easier option for people to move around Sunway City. Please take action ASAP. ### 1/5 — STILL no new shuttle bus app… *2024-11-06, version 1.20* It’s been more than 2 months since the new shuttle buses were deployed and there’s STILL no new app launched to track the new buses. “The current shuttle bus app will be phased out and a new app will be launched soon.” When is soon, exactly?? I see the new buses go around town, sometimes with no people on them - probably because there’s no way to track their location. There’s not even a bus schedule so you can try to catch it at a specific time! You’re just sending nearly empty buses around town, wasting gas. Not very SDG of you. If you can’t get the app ready yet, then at least put out a schedule of what estimated times the shuttle bus will arrive at a specific location - so we can at least TRY to use the buses. Many times the bus will suddenly stop moving or disappear from the map completely. Which then makes you wait an absurd amount of time for the bus. The messages you send to the feedback center don't go through (they just say “sending” forever). The bus will stop working at random times and say “the shuttle bus will be right back” but can continue to say that for hours. The only thing this app is good for is tracking the bus sometimes. That’s only if there is no error. And now for some reason they think the MCO warrants them to suspend their operations, when peoples need to take public transport does not change whether there is an MCO or not. ### 2/5 — Problem and bug. *2016-01-20, version 1.0* The biggest bug that I found is the tracker is not accurate.
