So far it is fine, but the in the OTP prompt i cannot write anything, the app is not able to show the keyboard to type something there. As a result am not able to login. Very poor interface. They need to address this. ### 2/5 — too many notification *2025-10-10, version 3.1.70* always so many ding dong. I wish there’s a switch to turn off. Not only the UX is pretty bad (Yes, including the recent makeover). Not only that, there are tons of bugs in the app, starting from signup. Pressing on one of the notifications sometimes just bring you to a blank screen. ### 1/5 — Cannot login as guest *2024-10-24, version 3.1.52* Only want to pay parking, why need to enter my personal details to register in this app? ### 1/5 — Why login is so difficult *2024-08-22, version 3.1.51* At first, I was unable to log into the app, but I didn’t worry—I just reset my password. However, after waiting for hours, I didn’t receive any email to proceed with the password reset. I contacted support by email, and they got back to me after a few days. Eventually, I managed to log into my account, set a new password, and saved it in my password manager. Months later, I returned to the app and tried to log in. Behold! I was unable to log in AGAIN! So, either I saved the wrong password in my password manager, or something else happened in your system. When I tried to reset my password again, no email was sent to me, once again! I’ve now uninstalled the app for good and will not look back. ### 1/5 — Poor User Experience (UX) & Registration is complicated *2024-08-12, version 3.1.51* The app is not intuitive and it really testing my patience. Trying to find my purchase ticket but it was under Rewards? It should be under a Purchased tab. When people read rewards, it means something else. When you use other mobile app in this world, rewards does not equals to purchase. Rewards is something you get for free. Please improve your UX. When I register, it stated that I cannot register using the phone number, but it is my first time registering it. Maybe someone else was using my phone number to register an account. You should do phone number verification. I’m mad. Why you call yourself super app whereby your authentication mechanism is extremely lousy, and you force me to use this trash app just because of carpark payment. I had been stuck with your rubbish apps for almost an hour!!! Are you trying to give a nightmare at Sunway pyramid? Another thing is I had uploaded the wrong photo into one of the membership tickets. I make thousand times of call, 3 days continuously emails but it seem like no one attended my requested. This significantly affects the user experience, as even after enabling only essential notifications, ads still appear frequently. Your pop up promo pop in more than one screen, and everyone in the world knows the close button is always at the too right corner. But because you guys wanna be unique, but in the wrong and so frustrating way, after we touched the top right corner, we are forced to see / bought to another screen. So freaking frustrating! Be unique in a way where it eases ppl, not by giving ppl frustration and problem! Even 1 star is too high. If you haven't used it before, it can be difficult to navigate, and sometimes it's unclear where to access certain features. For example, information about in-mall restaurant events, such as birthday offers, is hard to find and not easily searchable.
