Notre transfert privé est arrivé en retard en raison d’une erreur d’affectation reconnue par Sunwing. À l’aéroport, plusieurs vols étaient regroupés dans la même file, créant une congestion importante. Malgré notre arrivée dans un délai raisonnable, la confirmation d’un agent que nous étions dans la bonne file et nos démarches pour signaler que notre vol partait bientôt, nous avons manqué notre vol et avons dû acheter un nouveau billet pour rentrer au Canada. Le plus décevant est que Sunwing reconnaît plusieurs des faits, mais refuse toute responsabilité. Heureusement, notre assurance voyage a pris en charge une grande partie des frais. We stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and it was one of the best trips I’ve had. The app was always up to date and everything was perfect. Transportation all arranged and were right on schedule. So easy to find the reps at the transportation area. I had to call them while I. Mexico and they answered quick and were able to help with some questions.
