It doesn’t allow you to directly control what the reminder will be or even tell you that it’s going to send something else. It does send them at random times so two stars. I have the notification on and add 5 habits. This app helped me at a bad time in my life, and I eventually became a mentor so I could help others and heal myself along the way. When the app shut down, many of us lost connections to new friends, journal entries, and our safe place. I used to have a daily check in with a particular person, so they could keep their well-being in check. I wish we had some sort of warning when it left us. I also use it to tell stories and say things about my life and what’s going on. It was my most favourite “support” app that I have ever found throughout the App Store…I got a new phone one day and downloaded all my apps again including this one. I attempted to log in with my correct details and was unable to log in due to an error message. “Error has occurred, print and inspect the error details for more info”. This message still applies even if I attempt to “create a new account”. I have had this app deleted for over a year now and I still download it from time to time thinking that it’s had some maintenance but there’s still nothing☹️ ### 1/5 — Stuck on Sign-Up Screen *2025-08-05, version 8.2.7* I downloaded the app and tried to sign up using phone, Apple, and email, but nothing happens - it just stays on the same screen. Its so bitter suite because most of the things i put on this app I was still a baby in middle school and felt like everything was changing. I hated every minute of it but now i know what there is. Now im a whole grown adult still thinking about it because i would love those what those drafts look like, Let alone posts.cant express how much it helped during such a interesting time. First it was my own safe space, and then I was privileged to help it remain others’ safe space by moderating and mentoring. I met some of the most incredible people and the most supportive online mental health community. It went through phases of change but it was always Sup and we all loved it. It’s heartbreaking that this supportive space no longer exists and that the friendships and connections we made are lost. Sending much love to all of the former sup community members, mods and the developer. Over the years, a lot of different things happened behind the scenes some exciting, some challenging but through it all, the goal was always the same: to create a safe, welcoming space for people to share, connect, and grow. Sadly, our developer reached a point where he could no longer continue supporting the app. It wasn’t for lack of love or effort he, along with everyone who worked on the app, cared deeply about it and gave it everything we had. We truly believed in what we were building. I wish more than anything that it could make a comeback one day. It meant so much to so many people, and it breaks my heart to know that some of you lost your journals, memories, and entries when it closed. We tried our best to save and preserve as much as we could, but sometimes, even our best just isn’t enough. To everyone who was part of the community thank you. Your stories, your kindness, and your trust made it all worthwhile.
