BEST APP IN THE GAME

I love this app so bad and the creator is so involved and invested in seeing it do great. I use it to journal or get my random thoughts out and the people on there are so genuine and REAL. Love sup down i’m never deleting

It’s back!!!

Working again and I love it!

Ugh, Arc Browser all over again

The developers seem to lack both a clear vision and it seems, even professionalism. They constantly switch between app philosophies, abandoning useful features like automatic, natural language reminders in favor of yet another unnecessary social media experience. They could’ve at least provided some feature to save reminders or diary entries. It feels like they have no idea what they want this app to be. Instead of improving what already works, they keep reinventing the wheel.

oh patrick you never change…

give me my accounts back you coward. we only had an issue with you for unproportionally banning people who criticized you.

FAQ

What does Sup - Better Habits do?

Sup - Better Habits sends personalized reminders written in your own voice. It aims to help you remember the 'why' behind tasks and encourages intentional action through unpredictable, human-like nudges.

How does Sup - Better Habits work?

The app uses randomized timing so your brain doesn't tune out the reminders. It also utilizes natural language to make prompts feel real and personal, helping you pause and act with intention.

Is Sup - Better Habits free to use?

Yes, the application is available for free. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned.

What are the main uses for Sup - Better Habits?

You can use Sup to check in with yourself, stay connected with loved ones, build routines without pressure, and reflect or reset. It's designed as a nudge system for real life.
