I use the app primarily with my homeprogym resistance bands (the weight tracking even matches the particular color of each band. I also really like the set/rep programming and the extensive exercise library, can create my own if necessary. I train at multiple locations, so the ability to set up equipment for each is great and helps me whenever i need to plan new workouts. overall, looking forward to when the developers get around to integrating everything into an all in one and with AI to help give me stronger insights as a lifter.
