## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.13 — 2026-09-30

Discussions
• New section: discuss work with your colleagues right in the app. A discussion is linked to an act, a deal, a sale or a payment and opens from their cards.
• Mentions, photos, videos and voice messages in the conversation.
• A checklist inside the discussion: tick items off as they get done.
• You get a notification when you are mentioned or added as a participant.

Assignments
• Create an assignment from a discussion with an assignee and a due date. All assignments are collected in a separate block above the conversation.
• The “Tasks” tab is now a single feed: act jobs, CRM tasks and assignments in one place, sorted by due date.

Shifts and attendance
• The “Shifts” tab: a “Today” card to check in and out, and “My week” with your schedule.
• Check-in is confirmed by location — the app verifies that you are at the branch.
• For owners and managers — the “Staff” mode: who is on shift today, a monthly timesheet, checking in on behalf of an employee, and corrections.
• Shift settings live in “More → Company”; a branch location is saved with one tap.

Acts
• The owner can delete an act from its card. The act goes to the trash together with its payments, and products return to the warehouse. An act can be restored in the web admin panel.

Finance
• The payments filter now lets you select several articles at once.
• The order number of a new article is assigned automatically. You can change it when editing.

CRM
• The order of the “Inbox” queue is set in the work rules: oldest first or newest first.
• Filter deals by creation date and find a deal by its number (#123).

Improvements
• Bottom sheets now show a scroll indicator.
• Bug fixes and stability improvements.

### 1.12 — 2026-09-25

Branches
• Multiple warehouses per branch: every location has a “Main” warehouse and can add a “Showcase” or others. Receipts, write-offs, transfers, acts and sales choose a warehouse.
• “Warehouses” screen: add, rename, set default, archive.
• Transfers between any two warehouses, including within one branch.
• Stock with a warehouse filter and a network total.
• Cash registers belong to branches: an act or sale is paid with its own branch’s register, expenses use any visible register, transfers work across branches.
• Wallets and finance are shown for the selected branch. “Payment methods” got a branch filter.
• Network owners switch the branch right on the “More” screen and on the dashboard.

Acts
• Two client signatures: at check-in and at car pickup. After “Hand over the car” the signature screen opens automatically.
• Signature and notes texts are configurable in “More → Company → Act texts”; the second signature can be turned off there.
• Redesigned act form: company logo and details, clear totals and payment status.
• Act change history moved to its own screen.

Improvements
• Search across sections on the “More” screen.
• Voice messages to clients from the deal chat (microphone in the conversation).
• Products: the code is assigned automatically, the SKU is optional.
• Bug fixes and faster warehouse and finance screens.

### 1.11.0 — 2026-09-22

Customer signature, right in the app
The customer signs with a finger on your phone screen — the signature is stored and printed on the order. If the order changes after signing, the app shows that a new signature is needed: a signature always belongs to what the customer actually saw.

Photos and videos from the deal chat
Attach a photo or a clip inside the conversation and the customer receives it in WhatsApp. Videos are compressed automatically — nothing to convert by hand. A clip longer than a minute is refused before the upload, not after it.

Technicians see what changed in their job
The job screen now has a history: who moved the due date, changed the price or the crew, or sent the work back for rework — together with comments, in a single feed. Every such change sends a notification.

Small things that save time
Pick technicians from a list instead of cramped chips — easier to hit the right one. A due date is now required when you add a service to an existing order, so the work cannot get lost. The staff list opens on active employees.

Fixed
Face ID no longer asks for your face twice at startup. In the deal chat, the keyboard no longer covers the reply field.

### 1.10 — 2026-09-17

Your company — from your phone
You can now set up a new company right in the app: the confirmation code arrives by SMS or WhatsApp. Then a short three-step setup (company, services, staff), a getting-started checklist, on-screen tips and FAQs grouped by topic with examples.

Roles and access
Owners decide what each role can see and do: a table of sections with switches and a "Restore defaults" button. There is a new Accountant-Cashier role — full finance access, taking payments on orders, viewing sales and clients, stock receipts and balances. Managers handle staff of every role except owners and other managers.

Everything from the web admin
Staff and pay schemes with calculation examples; services, payment methods, finance categories and other reference lists; clients with their history; finance — summary, payments, wallets, payroll and reports; warehouse — stock, receipts and write-offs; integrations and the AI analyst.

Easier every day
The Summary tab now matches the web dashboard. Customize your tab bar. In "More", personal settings come first and groups collapse. Filter tasks by technician. Income and expenses are color-coded. Tapping the open tab scrolls back to the top. Every service on an order now needs a due date.

### 1.9 — 2026-09-14

CRM on your phone
A new CRM tab: a deal board by pipeline and stage, search, and "Mine", "No task" and "Overdue" filters. Each deal card shows the client, the pipeline's custom fields, tasks and the activity feed. Move a deal to another stage in a couple of taps, take it over, book the client or close it as lost with a reason. Create new deals right from your phone. Available to owners, managers and the sales team; observers can see everything but change nothing.

WhatsApp chat inside the deal card
The WhatsApp button opens the conversation inside the app — no switching to the messenger. New messages appear on their own, and delivery and read ticks update live. Videos and voice messages play right in the chat, photos open full screen, documents open in the system viewer. If a reply is no longer possible (more than 24 hours since the client's last message), the app tells you up front.

New inquiries don't get lost
When a client writes for the first time, you get a notification with its own sound, and tapping it opens the deal. If the app is open, an inquiry card slides in at the top with a "Take it" button. The CRM tab and the app icon show how many clients are waiting for a reply; the number clears once the deal is taken or the chat is opened. Notifications for every client message can be turned on separately in notification settings.

Internal work order
The order card now has two documents: the client work order and the internal one for the workshop — with technicians, deadlines and internal comments. Both open inside the app and can be shared in a couple of taps.

Who handles the car
Owners can see the responsible manager right in the order card.

When access has expired
Previously, create buttons simply disappeared with no explanation. Now they stay in place with a lock and explain that access has expired and what you can still do: view data and finish orders already in progress. Owners get a heads-up three days before access ends.

Faster and more reliable
Order cards open faster: reference data is no longer reloaded every time, and lists don't refresh when they don't need to. If the connection drops, you see a clear reason and a "Retry" button instead of an empty screen.
