## What is Super Awesome Workout 4000?

The 4000 is a workout app.

It picks the workout. It counts the seconds. It says the exercise names out loud so you don't have to think. You just show up.

No streaks. No guilt. No email. No "journey."

WHAT THE 4000 DOES

• Picks a 15 to 20 minute workout based on what day it is.
• Strength days: 6 exercises, 2 circuits, roughly 18 minutes of work.
• Cardio days: structured intervals on the treadmill or wherever you have.
• Rest days: it's asleep. So are you. Or go for a walk. Whatever.

HOW IT WORKS

• Tap START. The 4000 counts you in.
• It announces every exercise out loud, in a font called Bungee, in a voice that means it.
• Between sets, it waits. Rest never auto-advances. Tap when you're ready, or say "ready" if you have the mic on.
• Locked screen, headphones unplugged, app in the background. It keeps counting. Live Activity and Dynamic Island show the timer without you having to look.

EQUIPMENT

• A bit of floor space.
• Optionally: dumbbells, a band, a treadmill.
• That's the list.

WHAT THE 4000 WILL NEVER DO

• Guilt you about a missed day. Yesterday didn't happen. Today still can.
• Track a streak.
• Ask for your email.
• Sync to a wearable so a CSV of your heart rate ends up on three servers.
• Use the word "mindful."

WHO MADE THIS

A small team that wanted a workout app that respects your time and shuts up during rest. The 4000 was born in a rendering pipeline in April 2026. Its whole job is to count seconds and pick the right six exercises for a Wednesday.

The 4000 is proud of you. (That's just an if-statement. But still.)

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-08-02

The 4000 costs zero dollars now. Same six exercises. Same fifteen minutes.

- Voice control can be switched off, for rooms where saying "ready" isn't an option.
- AirPods no longer get yanked to the phone speaker mid-workout. iOS 27 reshuffled Bluetooth routing; The 4000 adjusted.
- iOS 27 housekeeping you will never see. Which is the point.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-07

- Your music keeps playing now. The 4000 used to grab the mic and cut your song. It has learned manners.
- The workout no longer pauses itself mid-circuit. (That was a mic thing. The 4000 is sorry. Quietly.)
- Test it: start a song, start a workout, listen. Both keep going.
- Voice still works. Say "ready" or tap. The 4000 doesn't care how.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-04

- Got a pull-up bar? Turn it on in Settings, Equipment. The 4000 will work it in.
- Non-treadmill cardio now has how-to form pictures. Tap a move to see it done right.
- Check that your equipment toggles stick between workouts.
- Tell The 4000 what broke. (It cannot feel hurt. It's a machine.)

### 1.0 — 2026-06-02
