I created a login but every time I try to go on the app to place an order or scan it, it won’t let me login. It says the info is incorrect. I understand that there are not a lot of Super Chix locations (I’m seeing 35) and that the company is therefore not going to focus on their own app so they’ve outsourced it to this Olo company, fine. Actually, potentially smart even. But when there is no way to contact anyone through the app and when the app doesn’t have Apple Pay integration (what?!?), not so fine. Olo may be the ones letting Super Chix down here, but it doesn’t matter, the bottom line is that this app is letting customers down and that should matter to Super Chix who should do something about it. ### 1/5 — Needs update *2022-07-07, version 2.0* I cannot rate this app appropriately as it is out of date. As new locations open, app should update to include for use. I would love to be able to order my delicious lunch from the app and go pick it up, but alas, my location is not there. Will be happy to update use once updated to include new locations. ### 2/5 — Uses the dreaded PunchH *2024-12-29, version 3.0* This is one of the many restaurant apps that uses PunchH service for the app. It always fails if you know your password from a web browser login. Its a pain to have to reset your password. Your phone will always also populate the wrong PunchH password, so yoi’ll have to check and change to the right one. The login issues with PunchH make the app a huge PITA. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2023-06-23, version 2.1* No Apple Pay integration. Either the “I’m here” check in button doesn’t alert the store, or the employees don’t check it because no one brings the curbside orders out. ### 2/5 — Low tech app *2022-11-22, version 2.0* Website and app use different domains which confuses password managers. No Apple Pay integration.
