I would love to give 5 stars
but I paid the yearly subscription and still have to deal with an ad every time I open the app. When I try the recording feature, the subscription page pops up again as if I haven’t already paid for it. I don’t really need it for the recording but it would be nice if I could record without having to deal with that. It also will randomly turn off and then I have to close the app and reopen it to use it again.
Other than that I really like that I can wear my bone conduction head phones to be able to hear people around me, as I have hearing problem but don’t particularly need hearing aids.
Please fix these problems and I think the app will be perfect for what I need.

If there was an option to put no stars, I would definitely do that. I’ve been trying to find one 800 number for this app because I had canceled my subscription because it sucks. Other than today I took money out of my account. So I’m gonna need one of y’all agents to get a hold of me so I can get my money reimbursed. Because that’s some BS.
