Not good !!!  The it tells me to go to Floor 15 ! Everytime I get to. 15 — elevator drops and says  “missed floor .”  So please fix this !! Game is not playable !!

If you go to the wrong floor it starts over and you loose all your current customers, very annoying but you earn coins and you don't loose all your coins!
