The clock won’t start and all of my tools are locked and says lvl 99 on the lock. However once I press the locked tool it still uses the tool but the items are still on the screen. And now my sound won’t work. (And yes the sound button is on and so is my iPad sound.) And there’s no customer service to broach these issues.
