What is the point? Rang them and the person that answered said you can view driver location by clicking on the booking … umm but there is no booking. No idea … seriously. ### 1/5 — Very buggy app *2022-10-13, version 2.1.6* Basically unusable…pretty rubbish app from such a normally great company ### 1/5 — App not set up *2022-03-04, version 2.1.6* I downloaded the app, tried to login with Facebook and got an error message saying the app was still in development mode. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2021-08-14, version 2.1.6* Downloaded specifically to use the advertised features but the app is so buggy and not user friendly I couldn’t achieve that goal - form fields don’t appear, the app crashes or even better freezes loading, if you use your location it sets both from and to locations to where you are, and most of all the “Find Next Available” doesn’t tell you when the next available is, it just becomes a booking form. I couldn’t recommend I’m afraid - just ring them. ### 1/5 — Wow that was frustrating *2020-11-01, version 2.1.6* Get to the end, after booking a ride, enter all the details as per the fields, constantly get message ‘form incorrectly filled in’. Tried four times. Failed each time. Learn to code. I could add a new credit card and was able to delete the old one. I had no difficulty in setting up my profile some time back. SuperShuttle can be contacted by phone, if there is a need to change your arrangements.
