There are so many other apps that provide the same info for way less if not free. The biggest benefit that this app has that others don’t is to keep track of calls and puts. Kudos to them for including that feature. The features they provide may be good but I’ll never know since I am not willing to fork out 2k per year. Also, there’s no trial. I just lost 64 bucks only to hit screens that try to sell me the 999 package for 6 months. ### 2/5 — Customer Service? *2024-04-02, version 5.8.0* I have not received any response from customer service regarding the problem of Basic Information not being displayed. This was a valuable tab in the app which appears not to be supported anymore. But for several months option chain stopped working and news stopped working. Submitted help request and things got fixed for a short period of time and problem came back. So overall not to happy with the lack of functionality from a really well done program. ### 2/5 — Have been trying to reset password forever *2023-08-20* After a forced upgrade, I could no longer get into the app, it kept freezing. Response from app maker: “We’re having an issue with a vendor.” No timeline. No additional responses. Weeks later that big was fixed but could no longer log in with usual credentials. Have to email them for a password reset - have done so many times and never hear back. A lens on my overall stock performance held hostage. Tried using Face ID, it would appear my entire account has been wiped. It would take many hours to rebuild. It was actually a great app but something went radically wrong in the recent upgrade. And if they can’t be bothered to respond, I’m moving on. ### 1/5 — Not trustworthy *2023-07-25, version 5.8.0* I used to stop for over two years. Had all my portfolio is listed. It was using the free version. Then the app go sideways and crashes losing all data Did they send out an email? No did they respond to my messages no Then the app is back up. They lost all my data and they change the rules on portfolio so I couldn’t even put back when I originally had 10000% Garbage. Another app filth in someone’s basement with no support. Posting an irrelevant response from a 7 years ago review is not appropriate. Read the review! I’ve been a user of this product for several years. Occasionally an issue comes up as with all apps, however when contacting their support through the app (either via message or email), they do not respond. I reported that the app stopped summarizing the portfolios. Did this via their support email. After 6 days with no response I sent them a message via their app. Still no response. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this poor support response. Seems that they lack dedication of ensuring their customers are satisfied and their app actually performs as expected. Don’t think I’ll be renewing my subscription again. I am a subscriber and am not using the free version. Plus why no response from the support emails? Note that I am a paid subscriber. Did you read the review even? It plainly says I won’t be renewing my SUBSCRIPTION if this is how you treat SUBSCRIBERS…. **Developer response:** It requires about $5 to go over the limit of the free version to track more stocks. We have recurring cost to maintain the increasing server fee and make the apps better. Appreciate your understanding.
