They aren’t answering the phone and aren’t answering emails. Spend around 3000 dollars on a bike for my son’s birthday and it’s not even gonna be finished. Truly disappointing and I check on the spp and they say the bike maxs out at 20 mph, could’ve got him a 600$ e-scooter that goes faster. Truly sad. Terrible service, terrible product. Do better super73 ### 1/5 — Bike sorry *2025-03-22, version 4.11.0* Slow ### 1/5 — All of a sudden, I updated the app and it goes slow now *2025-02-27* I have my super 73 z Miami for one year it was super fun and went 28 mph one day the website had to update so I updated it but now it only goes 20 mph and I found out there’s an app to make it faster which is bikee but for some reason, it restricted my super 73 because it’s a different website I lost $2500. I have no idea if this is true besides this rumor from the owners. He recommended taking the app off my phone and using bikee as the only app for the main reason of it won’t restrict my bike and it saves being in mode 4 with out having to switch it. I’m already pretty out on super73 with the way the customer support is but if they restrict a purchase AFTER I dropped this kind of money on an item… I’ll have nothing but bad to say. I just bought a Super73 Z Miami SE it ran me about $2000 + I was really excited, because taking the bus to work was really becoming irritating but I soon realized it was stuck on class 2 I went to the app to change it and I realized I couldn’t change it and this is really a problem because my area is filled with hills and I can barely get over these hills. Add the ability to change classes back to the app. My bike is not fun without the speed. All my friends are all going way faster than me and leaving my behind. A $1000 bike is out-performing your bike in every possible way. You say you are trying to stand out. All you are doing is making a joke of yourself. They downgrade the bike and don’t need decrease the price, it’s a scam. And they blocked all the bypass apps. This bike is not worth the 4,400$ price at all.
