There’s no text box or anything, you have to use only what the machine had already. There are no letters either. I don’t understand the issue because the screenshots in the manual have the text box

No he podido usar mi cortadora de vinilo porque la app no me deja entrar  tiene que enviar un código a mi correo pero dice error de red no funciona  no puedo usar mi máquina

I bought a vinyl cutter that used this app for its Bluetooth features. Since purchasing I haven’t been able to use this app whatsoever. The account pages require a code that cannot be sent due to the apps issues. There is no guest option to avoid this problem. 

Completely removes functionality for my device since I can’t access this app at all.

Impossible de créer un compte, quoi que l’on fasse, en essayant sur plusieurs téléphones, on rentre l’adresse mail on clic sur « obtenir le code de certification » et cela nous indique « erreur réseau » systématiquement.
Nous avons acheté une machine compatible uniquement avec cette appli et nous ne pouvons pas l’utiliser !!! Bravo !!
