Love how the team has manage to put in the “get the look” option of what of the other products is model is wearing. Sometimes you’d be looking at a top and end up liking the whole outfit but finding the stuff would be difficult. And that has made 100 times easier. Love it…👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

This is an alert to everyone who’s trusting that their funds in their wallet account is safe. Believe me when I say funds went out into my account and a gift voucher was bought using my account details. When I see notifications saying I have purchased a gift card worth R1500 from my wallet. I call the agents and no answer. I send emails and no luck. Eventually, I reach out to them again via call. Explaining that I saw email notifications from them saying I purchased a gift card. Whereas it was not me. They escalated the issue and took more than 72 hours to even get back to me. To proof the bad customer service they send me a customer survey to rate their service without even getting back to me as to what occurred with my complaint. I immediately contacted them to say how can a ticket be closed without resolving the issue.  Long story short, I lost my money worth R1500 and Superbalist could even trace to which account was the gift card that was purchased using my wallet money used by which account. So in a their words “Sorry Sir, unfortunately we cannot help you” an entire R1500 gone from their platform. I am so disappointed and gutted. You’ve lost a customer indeed.

So glad they have next day delivery. Before it would take a couple of days if not longer than a week and that always made be go into the store to buy what I wanted as I did not want to wait so long for delivery. But with the next day delivery I find it so convenient to purchase online especially when you have a last minute event and need to get something but don’t have the time to go to a mall and go to different stores.

This app is so buggy, it’s embarrassing. Like why when you type in a form, is there no auto-correct? I just had a terrible time filling out forms and trying to return a product, and got rejected by a bot when the product clearly falls within the categories of item which can be returned. It’s surprising how much worse this app is than Takealot considering it’s the same company. And don’t even get me started on the product filters, they are useless. I tried buying some chinos the other day and when I filtered by men’s/chinos there were only 3 results and some displayed products weren’t even the right category.

The financial department people are so incompetent how do you flag someone’s order and mark it as fraud without contacting the client first, now I have to be inconvenienced and wait for 3 working days for me to get a refund and when I want to order I’ll find that there are no sizes of the items that I bought. I mean your competitors would never you guys act like you don’t have competitors. I mean if they detected that t as fraud why did they still allow my money to go out of my account how stupid is that

I purchased a pair of shoes from Superbalist on 28 October, and received them on 31 October. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality of the product, so I immediately logged a refund request.
Superbalist’s policy states that once a refund is approved, the item will be collected, this was supposed to happen on Monday. However, I did not receive any communication or collection as promised. I logged another return request later on Monday, but as of Thursday, I still have not received any update or feedback.
I would really appreciate it if Superbalist could urgently assist with processing the return and refund, as well as improve their communication regarding the status of returns.

I love Superbalist but you are failing your Plus Size customers. There are no clothes to buy!! This has been happening for a while. What is happening in that department and whoever is your fashion buyer in the plus size department needs to be fired. You are neglecting us and personally will look for an alternative like Bash and will never look back. Do something and quick! I gave you 3 stars because of other good stuff I’m getting like shoes and other accessories. You would’ve gotten 1.

I used to select item from facebook and it will take me straight straight to the item on the app, now it doesn’t anymore, i have to search again for that particular item on the app which is annoying, please fix this
