I can log in with my old phone but not with my newer one. And now the funds within the Sportsbook I can’t even withdraw. Terrible support, removal of funds constantly w/out your permissions and key — no PayPal withdrawal. Format as a hole is far lacking in tech and overall user experience. Bet $500 on my first bet and was only paid out $200 on a -110 line Was able to only cash out $700 after all said and done They mislead with the promotion intentionally making it extremely misleading I plan on waging war against this company ### 1/5 — Scam *2021-10-24, version 2.0* This website is a scam and they should be reported to state regulators. They don’t pay out as they report. Please don’t bet with them no matter what bonus they provide - it’s a huge scam. ### 1/5 — Wildly misleading “dollar for dollar” new user deposit match *2021-08-03, version 1.2.5* Response to Developer response: Not only is the promotion misleading, but the developer response to my review is a straight up lie. I have screenshots of bets using this promotion and on a $41.23 bet, “discount, $20.62, welcome bonus match” is listed directly below the odds, bet amount, and max win. Also, you do not “reap the rewards of a winning $100 dollar bet” with this promotion. A normal payout on a winning $100 dollar bet at +100 odds is $200. With this promo a payout from a $100 bet at +100 odds is just $160. The promo is great for new bettors, because you lose less money on losing bets, but it is terrible for experienced bettors. You have no option to turn this promo off or decline it. So if you deposit the max $300 that this promo will offer, you can’t actually win a full payout on a $300 bet, because the promo will automatically be applied and the cash value of your bet will only be $150. Don’t bother using this app, their main promo for new users is pretty close to being a scam. They’ll “match” your first deposit “dollar for dollar” up to 300 dollars, and they do this by discounting your first few bets by 50 percent. HOWEVER they don’t tell you that your winnings are also being cut because of that. You don’t get the “dollar for dollar” “match” back if you win your bet. This is actually a promo for the sportsbook, not the user. If you bet 100 dollars with this promo on a +100 moneyline and win, you only win 50 dollars instead of 100. They’re limiting the amount of money you can win on your first several bets with this “match”, and this feature of the promo isn’t listed in the initial terms. You have to click and read the full terms to find this hidden gem. ### 1/5 — Don't give these crooks your money *2021-02-12, version 1.2.4* Quick to take your payment... might not ever see your money again if you win... they snatch your bonus up in 3 days... crooks ### 1/5 — Nope *2021-01-11, version 1.2.2* I was very excited about this app until I tried to sign up for an account. They wanted more information from me to verify my identity? Definitely not comfortable scanning my SS card AND ID to who knows where. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DO NOT SIGN UP *2024-01-25, version 2.23* This Sportsbook has a misleading sign on bonus where you have a “can’t lose first bet”… problem is if you do lose than you have to deposit more money in order to even use the bonus funds… it’s a giant smoke and mirror. The interface is garbage as well. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ### 1/5 — Promo scam *2022-11-04, version 2.11* This is not a regular promo like offered by all other sports books.. it’s applied like a coupon to future bets.. Don’t fall for it! Read the fine print sure but then realize that all the other sports books offer a way better deal- an actual deposit match. Deleted app and leaving my so called bonus on the table.. probably would have made more money off of me long term by offering a better bonus. Boo! ### 1/5 — Beware of deposit bonus *2022-10-30, version 2.11* Most apps offer a matching bonus for new users and this promo can only be utilized if you deposit more money. It is not awarded in free bets to match your deposit. The promo voucher cannot be bet by itself and is worthless if one doesn’t deposit more money. The voucher acts as a discount for future cash bets. Example: I bet $100 and $50 of that comes from the voucher. There will be no free bets to match your deposit, so read the promo very carefully. Underrated *2021-04-02, version 1.2.5* I’ve just started using this book after searching for a while. I’ve been betting on sports for years and this book is the best one I’ve stumbled across. The deposit and withdrawal options are very straightforward. The interface within the app could use some tweaking and some improvements, but overall the app works very well. I’m most excited about going to a physical location in Colorado to bet and watch games once it opens! You need an account with this book and you won’t use any other accounts ever again. Best odds and lines in the industry. The available bets are super basic. You cannot bet more than a 12 leg parlay. The odds boosts are rare and not that great. I placed a bet for a game that had already finished and they still paid me out… I coulda hustled them out of some money but I figured my bet would be void. It also took them almost a week to pay out my winning props. They also have the deposit “bonus” in which they claim to match your deposit but it’s just 50% off your bets matching your deposit.
