I have no idea why they would design their withdrawal process this way considering literally no other legal book makes itas difficult to withdraw as superbook, and after all that’s kind of an important selling point for someone like me to give a book my business. Sure I could sign up for a play+ account, but why would I willingly pay fees to withdraw my winnings when I could on any of the other 19 legal books in Ohio and not do this? Orrrrr, since superbook is so gracious, I could drive to a gas station and collect my winnings there. Why would I sit on my couch and hit a button to receive my money within 24 hours if I can get it instantly by driving 30 minutes to the nearest paypak service station?!? Additionally, their welcome promo is misleading. They will tell you “it’s in the fine print” but again, it’s intentionally worded to confuse whoever is reading it, and to make you think your deposit is matched 25% like other books instead of it being a glorified 4x deposit/bonus funds play through before you can withdraw your cash. If I was trying to gain market share in a new gambling state, this would be a textbook example of how NOT to do it. If your holding company is too broke to offer some sort of real incentive to join your book, then why even pay the licensing fees to enter the market? Can’t wait until this book goes under because it’s so trash, there’s no way more than 5 people use it, and there’s no way they are not losing significant amounts of money on it. In fact, I bet their total handle isn’t even as much as the amount they paid to gain access to Ohio. Superbook’s CEO should be fired immediately for allowing this to happen. Btw, this is how they operate in all states, not just Ohio. Be warned ### 3/5 — Won’t auto log in *2024-06-02* I have to look up and apply password and then check the box every time I log in. It’s so annoying. ### 1/5 — Super Scam *2024-05-05* They will let you deposit through your bank account, paypal, debit card or credit card, but won’t let you withdraw through any of these methods. Other sportsbooks allow you to withdraw directly to your debit card, or to link a bank account and withdraw there. Superbook does not and only lets you withdraw to Play+, a site you have to sign up for and get a reloadable debit card, and have your credit run. A complete scam. ### 2/5 — Good basic sports book. *2024-02-14* Terrible cash out options ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-02-10* 1.) don’t pay sign up bonus. 2.) zero same game parlays. Waist of time don’t try. ### 2/5 — App issues. *2024-01-27* When I switch off the app I always have a geolocation issue when I come back to place a wager, logs me out, or exits out the screen I was previously on. I switch between apps to check lines and always have issues when I switch back to this app. ### 1/5 — Overly difficult *2024-01-20* It has an average user interface, not the best, but not as bad as some Sports book apps. The withdrawal process is the big drawback and why I rarely use the site. If you can’t do direct bank withdrawals fine… but if I can deposit directly from PayPal it’s absolutely ridiculous I can’t withdraw to PayPal.
